Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and experienced General Manager Sales & Parts to lead and manage the Sales and Parts departments of our koda dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets, maximizing parts business, improving profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining OEM standards. The General Manager will provide strategic leadership to both departments while driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, enquiry conversion, retail performance, and team productivity.
Drive retail, corporate, exchange, and fleet sales.
Ensure effective lead management through CRM.
Conduct regular sales reviews and performance meetings.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI).

Parts Management
Oversee complete Parts Department operations.
Ensure optimum inventory levels and stock availability.
Monitor parts ordering, procurement, storage,



and distribution.
Improve parts sales and profitability.
Control inventory ageing and minimize obsolete stock.
Ensure OEM parts standards and audit compliance.

Business & Financial Management
Prepare departmental budgets and monitor revenue and profitability.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Optimize operational costs while improving business performance.
Achieve sales, gross margin, and profitability targets.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Managers, Parts Managers, and their teams.
Set departmental KPIs and monitor performance.
Conduct training, coaching, and performance appraisals.
Build a high-performance and customer-focused culture.

Customer Relationship Management
Ensure exceptional customer experience across Sales and Parts.
Handle customer escalations professionally.
Improve customer retention and repeat business.
