Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Associates to expand our B2B sales network. This is a high-reward chance for individuals with a strong background in sales, distribution, or the diamond/jewelry industry. The role is commission-based, with a lucrative earning potential and TA reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Identify and onboard current B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, and distributors).
Promote Royale Diamonds' products and generate sales leads.
Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.




Market Expansion & Client Relationship Management:
Expand our brand presence in the South Region (Kochi & Tamil Nadu).
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Regularly update clients on new collections and promotions.
Sales Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
Provide periodic reports on market trends, competition, and sales performance.
Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfilment and client requirements.

Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or distribution (preferably in jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion industry).
Strong negotiation and networking skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with a commission-based structure.
Willingness to travel within the assigned terri
