THE ROLE

As a Member Support Specialist, you'll be the calm, capable voice members rely on — resolving concerns with precision, warmth, and genuine care:
Guide members through benefits questions, resolve issues, and provide transparent, confident answers
Manage a steady flow of inbound inquiries while upholding an exceptional standard of service
Investigate across systems to resolve matters on the first contact, escalating complex cases thoughtfully and in line with policy
Document every interaction with accuracy and care, maintaining full compliance at all times
