Role Summary

The TIBCO iWAY L2 Support Engineer is responsible for administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, deployment support, and maintenance of TIBCO iWAY integration settings. The role involves incident resolution, root cause analysis, performance monitoring, and coordination with application, infrastructure, and database teams.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for TIBCO iWAY environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration interfaces and services.
Analyze application, server, and iWAY logs for incidents.
Handle P2/P3/P4 incidents and service requests.
Support deployment, migration, and release activities.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
Configure and manage adapters, listeners, and channels.
Monitor message queues and transaction processing.
Manage SSL certificates and security configurations.
Coordinate with application, database, network,



and infrastructure teams.
Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation.
Ensure SLA compliance and production stability.
Participate in change management and release support activities.
