Rao Space designs functional, family-first interiors for Bengaluru apartments and villas. Every design begins with thoughtful space planning, but clients also need to clearly visualise how their future home will look before execution begins. This role exists to transform approved design concepts into accurate, realistic 3D models and visual presentations that help homeowners make confident decisions while supporting the design, sales, and marketing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Create accurate 3D models of residential interiors using approved floor plans and design concepts.
Produce photorealistic renders and walkthroughs for kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, wardrobes, TV units, and complete homes.
Develop multiple visual options based on client feedback and design revisions.
Apply realistic materials, lighting, furniture, décor, and accessories while maintaining consistency with approved specifications.
Collaborate closely with Interior Designers and Design Consultants to convert concepts into compelling visual presentations.
Ensure all models accurately reflect approved dimensions, cabinetry layouts, materials, colours, and product selections.
Prepare presentation-ready images, animations, and walkthroughs for client meetings.
Maintain organised SketchUp component libraries, material libraries, and rendering assets to improve efficiency.
Create high-quality visuals for the company portfolio, website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Use AI-assisted design and rendering tools to improve productivity while maintaining accuracy and design quality.
Stay updated with residential interior trends, rendering technologies, and presentation techniques.
