HR Recruiter

Company: TravelPaa Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for the travel industry.
Hire candidates for Sales and other operational profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate the complete interview process.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in hiring for the travel industry will be preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and LinkedIn.

Required Skills
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Ability to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
