Monitor, support, and troubleshoot Informatica PowerCenter batch jobs in production
Handle incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
Execute SQL and PL/SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution
Collaborate with development teams for defect fixes and performance improvements
Manage and monitor job scheduling using Control-M or equivalent schedulers
Develop and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and operational support
Ensure SLA adherence for all batch operations and production support activities
Maintain operational documentation and support procedures

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica Batch Operations / Production Support.
Robust working experience with Informatica PowerCenter, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of batch jobs.
Solid expertise in SQL and PL/SQL,



with the ability to perform complex data validations and root cause analysis.
In-depth experience with Oracle Database in production environments.
Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems, including shell scripting for automation and operational support.
Experience handling incident, problem, and change management processes in enterprise settings.
Robust understanding of SLA-driven production support models and batch processing workflows.
Ability to work in shift-based and on-call support environments.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with enterprise job schedulers such as Control-M or equivalent tools.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for ticketing, incident tracking, and change management.
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for deployment and automation workflows.
