About the Ro

a Support Engineer – ELV Syste
ms with 2–4 years of experience in troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining ELV solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience wit
h Audio Visual (AV), CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), Access Control, and basic networki
ng, and be comfortable providing both remote and in office technical suppor

t.

iesProvide technical support for AV, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, Access Control, and other ELV syste
ms.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system integration issu
es.Assist in installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of ELV solutio




ns.Perform preventive and corrective maintenan
ce.Coordinate with customers, OEMs, and internal teams to resolve technical issu
es.Maintain service reports and technical documentati
on.Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SL
As.Support field engineers during deployments and provide basic customer training when requir

ed.

Required Skills & Qualificat
ions2–4 years of experience in ELV technical supp
