Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership
Own and manage multiple concurrent Insurance transformation programs.
Define program strategy, roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics.
Drive end-to-end execution from discovery through deployment and hypercare.
Establish governance frameworks and executive reporting mechanisms.

Insurance Domain Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand insurance processes and transformation objectives.
Provide guidance on:
Policy Administration
Claims Management
Underwriting
Agency/Broker Management
Customer Service Operations
Digital Distribution Channels
Ensure solutions align with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Salesforce Delivery Oversight
Lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement programs.
Oversee solution delivery across:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud
Financial Services Cloud
Marketing Cloud (preferred)
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, architecture standards, and release management processes.




Coordinate with Salesforce architects, consultants, developers, and QA teams.

Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with client executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive governance reviews.
Manage expectations, risks, issues, and escalations proactively.

Offshore Delivery Management
Lead and mentor cross-functional offshore teams.
Coordinate delivery across development, QA, business analysis, architecture, and support teams.
Ensure resource planning, utilization, and delivery excellence.

Financial & Portfolio Management
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Track program profitability and resource utilization.
Identify prospects for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Risk & Quality Management
Establish risk management and mitigation strategies.
