About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our Performance Testing Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end performance testing activities, including requirement analysis, test strategy creation, scripting, execution, monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis. The role requires solid expertise in performance testing tools, monitoring platforms, and stakeholder management to ensure optimal application performance and scalability.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Mandatory
Robust understanding of Performance Testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end Performance Testing implementation across enterprise applications.
Expertise in at least one of the following performance testing tools:
JMeter
LoadRunner
Gatling
Experience in designing and executing:
Load Testing




Stress Testing
Scalability Testing
Endurance/Soak Testing
Failover Testing
Hands-on experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools such as:
AWS CloudWatch
Azure Monitor / Azure Application Insights
Google Cloud Monitoring
Current Relic
Dynatrace
AppDynamics
Strong understanding of web performance analysis tools:
Chrome Developer Tools
Lighthouse
PageSpeed Insights
Experience analyzing performance bottlenecks and providing optimization recommendations.
Good understanding of application architecture, networking concepts, and performance engineering principles.

Preferred
Programming or scripting experience in:
Java
JavaScript
Groovy
Python
Shell Scripting
Experience with Azure Load Testing Service or other cloud-based performance testing solutions.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized application deployments.
Exposure to CI/CD
