Job Summary

The Product Associate will independently own and manage assigned product features and workflows for Duruper.com. This role is ideal for a hands-on product professional who can translate business needs into transparent, actionable product specifications and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The position offers strong growth potential toward a full Product Manager role.

Roles & Responsibilities
Own and manage assigned product features or functional areas end-to-end
Analyze business problems and convert them into transparent product requirements
Create, maintain, and update Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
Define detailed user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
Write user stories, tasks, and subtasks with transparent definitions of done
Manage and track work items using Jira
Maintain structured product documentation in Notion (PRDs, specs, decisions)
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA,



and business stakeholders
Coordinate requirement discussions and clarifications during development
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered features
Capture user feedback and operational inputs to propose product improvements

Mandatory Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product, or Business Analyst roles
Proven experience in writing PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
Hands-on experience with Jira for task and issue tracking
Strong documentation skills using Notion or Confluence
Solid understanding of Agile product development methodologies
Ability to work independently on defined problem statements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and structured thinking approach
