The Engineer/Senior Engineer Industrial Engineering is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing electronic assembly lines to ensure productive, high-quality, and cost-effective manufacturing of automotive filters and sensors. The role focuses on process development, production line setup, equipment selection, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop electronic assembly line layouts, ensuring optimal workflow and material flow.
Establish manufacturing processes for PCBA integration, soldering, testing, and final assembly.
Select, validate, and commission production equipment, tools, and automation systems.
Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Charts.
Conduct line balancing, capacity planning, and OEE analysis to meet production targets.
Support installation,



commissioning, and ramp-up of current production lines while ensuring process stability.
Utilize AutoCAD for layout planning and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ESH standards, ESD controls, IPC standards, and quality management systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and resolve manufacturing challenges.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
38 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and electronic assembly line design.
