Lead and manage the overall security operations of the facility/site.
Supervise Security Supervisors, Security Guards, CCTV Operators, and Fire Guards.
Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive security measures.
Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and visitor management processes.
Ensure proper deployment of security personnel across all shifts.
Investigate security incidents, theft, accidents, and prepare detailed reports.
Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services whenever required.
Conduct security drills, safety awareness programs, and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client security requirements.
Monitor contractor and vendor security compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports and present them to management.
Manage manpower planning, attendance, discipline, and performance of security staff.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
