We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to join our team and help grow Jeel, our cross-border e-commerce marketplace for the Maldives.

Responsibilities
Contact and onboard new sellers to the Jeel marketplace.
Explain the perks of selling on Jeel and assist with the onboarding process.
Build and maintain good relationships with sellers.
When customer orders are received, contact sellers to confirm product availability.
Coordinate with sellers to ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time.
Follow up with sellers and provide day-to-day support.
Maintain seller and order records.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Must own a laptop.




Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Willing to work on-site from our office in Valanchery.
Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
