Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper with 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, coordinating material movement, and supporting production with timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Issue raw materials and components to production as per requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock registers and ERP/Excel records.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
Maintain proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of the store.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and other store documents.




Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Maintain records of consumables, finished goods, and dispatch materials.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a manufacturing company.
Experience in engineering, industrial products, electrical, or heater manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Familiarity with ERP software (Tally ERP, SAP, Busy, or similar) is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualification
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
Additional certification in Materials Management or Stores is an added advantage.
