Key Responsibiliti
esOwn the research and insights charter for recent product initiatives — from early concept validation through post-launch tracking — to enable faster, more informed go-to-market decision
s.Work closely with R&D; and formulation teams to guide product trials, assess texture and performance parameters, and benchmark offerings against market competitio
n.Plan and execute consumer studies (including CLTs) and identify gaps between consumer expectations and product performance, feeding insights into formulation, claims, and marketing strateg
y.Coordinate with packaging and design functions to ensure the overall product experience is consistent with brand positioning and appeals well on shelf/digital storefront
s.Develop and maintain customer feedback frameworks (such as NPS) to continuously monitor satisfaction and guide prioritization of product improvement
s.Run concept and positioning studies along with competitive benchmarking to sharpen product differentiatio
n.Collaborate with product, marketing, and category teams to ensure insights are embedded into NPD timelines and business plannin
g.Monitor category and product performance trends across sales/marketplace channels to spot whitespace and growth opportunitie
s.Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive decision making, manage projects, and shared outcomes within timelin

Requireme
ntsBachelor's degree in Science, Biotechnology, Marketing, or a related field; MBA/PG in Market Research is an advanta
