Position Overview

We are hiring a technically strong PHP/Laravel Technical Lead who can lead a team of PHP/Laravel developers while contributing hands-on to backend development, system architecture, and project execution.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Laravel Framework, Core PHP, backend architecture, REST APIs, database optimization, system design, and software development best practices. The candidate must be capable of leading projects, reviewing code, mentoring developers, solving technical challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the PHP/Laravel development team.
Own end-to-end project execution, task planning, estimation, and delivery timelines.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel and Core PHP.




Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
Mentor developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and technology decisions.
Ensure application security, scalability, maintainability, and high code quality.

Required Skills
Solid experience in Laravel Framework and Core PHP.
