Admission Head cum Marketing Manager
to join our Kalyan Centre.

Role Overview

This is a full time, in office role based at our
Kalyan Centre
. The role combines
Field Marketing & Business Development
with
Admission Management
, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to both brand growth and student admissions.

During the academic outreach season (June–September/October), the candidate will focus on institutional outreach, relationship building, seminars, scholarship examinations, and lead generation across
Thane District
. Following the field engagement period,



the candidate will take complete ownership of admissions at the Kalyan Centre until the admission cycle concludes.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Marketing & Business Development (June – September/October)
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, coaching institutes, teachers, and educational stakeholders across Thane District.
Organize Career Guidance Seminars, Scholarship (VSAT) Examinations, and institutional engagement activities.
Generate quality student enquiries through strategic outreach and partnerships.
Maintain CRM records and submit regular activity and performance reports.

Admission Head – Kalyan Centre (October – Admission Closure)
Lead the complete admission process for the Kalyan Centre.
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and career pathways.
Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
Deliver an outstanding admission experience while ensuring timely executio
