Role & responsibilities
Set, optimize, and control injection molding processes
roubleshoot molding defects and ensure process stability & quality.
Supportnew mold trials, NPD, PPAP, and mass production
Monitor cycle time, rejection, productivity, and OEE.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC requirement
Maintain process documents, SOPs, and safety standards.
