Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and highly organized Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in visitors, students, clients, and guests professionally.
Handle all inbound phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email,



and social media in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and counselling sessions.
Maintain visitor records and attendance registers.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding student enquiries and appointments.
Provide basic information about the company's training programs and services.
Follow up with prospective students and clients when required.
Maintain office cleanliness and ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
Assist in day-to-day administrative and office coordination activities.
Support the management team with documentation and general office tasks.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi (mandatory).
Pleasant personality with a qualified appearance.
