Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tender Executive with experience in handling government tenders for waste management products/services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GeM portal, e-tendering process, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant government tenders (municipal, sanitation, waste management)
Handle complete tender process from identification to submission
Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents
Upload and manage bids on GeM and other e-tender portals
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, BOQ, and approvals
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines




Track submitted tenders and follow up for results
Maintain proper records of tenders, documentation, and MIS reports

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in tendering / bidding
Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and government e-procurement portals
Good knowledge of tender documentation, BOQ, and pricing
Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English)
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
Experience in waste management, sanitation, or government projects
Experience handling municipal or government tenders

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
