Job Summary

Megathil is One of our Premium Clients is Hiring looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with at least 2 year of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and building brand awareness. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and manage content primarily for Instagram, while supporting LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
Write engaging captions, social media copy, and campaign content.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
Monitor social media performance using analytics and prepare performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends, hashtags, reels,



memes, and platform algorithm changes.
Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages.
Coordinate with clients for content approvals, feedback, and campaign updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
Strong knowledge of content creation, community management, and social media analytics.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Later, or similar scheduling tools.
Valuable understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of SEO, paid social media advertising, and influencer marketing.
Experience creating engaging Reels and short-form video content.
