Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Manager to handle end-to-end finance and accounting operations. The candidate should have robust knowledge of financial processes, compliance, and reporting, and should be able to manage day-to-day financial activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete finance and accounting operations
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly reports
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Monitor cash flow and working capital
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external agencies
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation




Support management with financial analysis and decision-making

Requirements:
MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
3–4 years of relevant experience
Solid knowledge of end-to-end finance and accounting functions
Experience in manufacturing industry or retail outlet preferred
Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Additional Information:
Candidates with hands-on experience in complete finance operations will be preferred
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
