People & Co is looking for a passionate and skilled Asian Commi I (Wok Specialist) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in preparing authentic Asian cuisine using wok techniques and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Asian dishes using traditional wok techniques.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes as per standard recipes.
Maintain daily mise en place for smooth kitchen operations.
Operate and maintain wok stations and kitchen equipment safely.
Work closely with the CDP and Sous Chef to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to senior chefs.




Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section.
Support the kitchen team during peak service hours.

Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an Asian kitchen.
Strong knowledge of wok cooking and Asian cuisine.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant.
Good understanding of food hygiene and HACCP practices.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
