We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions and practices and will be instrumental in executing various HR initiatives to support our employees and organizational goals.
Experience : 3 -5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Induction:
Develop, implement, and manage effective onboarding programs for recent hires.
Coordinate and conduct recent employee orientation sessions.
Act as a primary point of contact for recent employees during their integration period.
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
HR Administration:
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Employee Support:
Address basic HR-related inquiries from employees and redirect to appropriate personnel when needed.




Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
Compliance & Records Management:
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Policy & Process Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
Utilize HR software to streamline operations and improve departmental efficiency.
Project Involvement:
Collaborate with the HR team on various strategic projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and Indian labor laws.
Proficient in HRIS/HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
