Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Lead Generation, App Campaigns, and Search Campaigns, along with a data-driven approach to performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Manage Lead Generation campaigns across multiple industries.
Create and optimize Search Campaigns for maximum ROI.
Execute and scale App Campaigns (UAC/App Install & App Engagement).
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy optimization, and A/B testing.
Monitor campaign performance and improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Firebase, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.




Collaborate with the design and content teams to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.

Must-Have Skills
3–4 years of Google Ads experience (Mandatory)
Robust expertise in Lead Generation Campaigns
Hands-on experience with Search Campaigns
Experience managing App Campaigns
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Firebase Event Tracking
Conversion Tracking & Attribution
Keyword Planning & Competitor Analysis
Bid Strategy Optimization
Performance Reporting

Preferred Skills
Experience in Finance, Loan, or BFSI campaigns.
Knowledge of Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
Google Ads Certification is a plus.

Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant Google Ads experience.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
