McLine Studios is looking for an experienced Millwork Drafter/Engineer with strong expertise in AutoCAD to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position supporting custom millwork projects for North American clients. We are specifically looking for professionals who can independently develop production-ready shop drawings and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed custom millwork shop drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, assembly details, and production drawings.
Develop engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
Create accurate manufacturing documentation in accordance with AWI, AWMAC, NKBA, and client-specific standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements.
Participate in project kick-off meetings and communicate effectively through email and virtual meetings.
Review drawings for accuracy, manufacturability,



and compliance with project specifications.
Suggest practical engineering solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and production processes.
Deliver projects within established timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in custom millwork drafting.
Mandatory: Robust working experience with AutoCAD.
Understanding of North American millwork standards (AWI/AWMAC/NKBA) is preferred.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
