Guide and mentor ETL testing teams, fostering a collaborative setting for quality assurance within agile squads.
Support the QA strategy by ensuring the integrity of large datasets and data lineage.
Validate data transformations and quality frameworks using Snow SQL, Snow pipe, and stored procedures.
Utilize tools such as DBT, Great Expectations, CI/CD, and Git/Bitbucket to maintain high standards.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine testing documentation and communication flows.

What You Bring:
Leadership experience in a data-focused QA or Testing setting.
Proficiency in Snowflake architecture and SQL-based transformations.
Hands-on experience with modern data stacks (DBT, CI/CD tools).
Knowledge of the Healthcare domain is a plus, but not required.




Ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
