We're hiring Trainees/Technicians to join our Solar Power Plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) team in Gujarat. This is a excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience to start a career in the rapid-growing renewable energy sector, with hands-on training and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day Operations & Maintenance of the solar power plant
Support routine inspections, fault detection, and preventive maintenance
Work alongside senior technicians and engineers in office
Follow all safety protocols, including work at height where applicable

Requirements:
Diploma or ITI qualification
Freshers welcome; up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Must be medically fit




Willing to work in outdoor conditions
Comfortable working at heights (as required)
