ROLE

PURPOSE

The HR Lead will work closely with business leaders and employees to strengthen hiring, performance, engagement, and people practices. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can balance day-to-day execution with business partnering, build trusted relationships, and support a positive, accountable, high-performance workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Own end-to-end hiring for assigned functions, including sourcing, screening,



interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs, define role requirements, and build practical hiring plans.
Improve candidate experience, recruitment turnaround time, quality of hire, and offer-to-joining conversion.

Performance Management
Coordinate goal-setting, review cycles, probation confirmations, performance improvement plans, and development discussions.
Guide managers on objective feedback, documentation, performance conversations, and fair decision-making.
Track performance trends and follow through on agreed actions with managers and employees.

Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute engagement initiatives, recognition programs, surveys, town halls, and team-building activities.
Use employee feedback and participation data to recommend practical improvements to workplace experience and retention.
