Job Description
Procurement & Vendor Management: Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and finalize purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods while securing cost-effective terms.
Inventory Control: Track inventory levels, coordinate with godown and site teams, and optimize stock to prevent shortages and minimize carrying costs.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders, manage timely payments, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial ledgers, reconcile bank and vendor statements, and prepare regular financial reports for management.
This Job is for an Upcoming Art Gallery opening next month.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
