We are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping grow an early-stage SaaS product.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to identify potential customers, meet decision-makers, understand their operational challenges, and schedule qualified product demonstrations with the founder.

This is a target-based hard-selling role.





You will be the face of 3rd Eye in the market and play a key role in helping shape our product through customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business prospects.
Visit Facility Management Companies, Security Agencies, and related businesses.
Meet Owners, Directors, Operations Managers, and HR Managers.
Understand customer pain points and business challenges.
Conduct discovery meetings using the company's interview framework.
Schedule product demonstrations with the Founder.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects regularly.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Collect competitor and market intelligence.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
