As a Asst. Manager - Pre-Sales, you will be responsible for:

Lead Generation & Prospect Management
Maintain and organize a structured database of potential leads generated through various channels.
Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-ups to generate quality site visits.
Identify customer interest levels and ensure timely routing to the relevant sales team members for further closure.
Source new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Customer Engagement & Site Visit Coordination




Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information in a transparent and professional manner.
Convince and coordinate prospective customers for project site visits in alignment with the sales team.
Handle customer queries over calls and emails with confidence, professionalism, and courtesy.
Ensure a seamless pre-sales experience by maintaining robust follow-up discipline and consistent communication.

Relationship Building & Follow-up
Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients to build trust and long-term engagement.
Stay updated with complete project knowledge to effectively communicate offerings and address concerns.
Follow up diligently with leads to maximize walk-ins and improve conversion opportunities.
Retrieve relevant customer information and ensure proper documentation for future follow-up.

Internal Coordination & Reporting
Support marketing initiatives through coordinated calling and email campaigns.
