The Sr. Launch Engineer – Ramp-up Improvement Projects SME will be part of the Lithium-Ion Cell Manufacturing Launch Integration Team, responsible for driving cross-functional (CFT) improvement initiatives across all manufacturing processes during the plant launch phase—from equipment design through commissioning and ramp-up.
The role focuses on built-in quality, yield improvement, OEE enhancement, and data-driven digital integration, ensuring a secure and effective transition from pilot to mass production.

Must be Six-Sigma Certified Black Belt.
Robust foundation in SPC, process capability analysis (Cp/Cpk), and quality control systems
