Marketing & Admissions Counsellor

Location: Aga Khan School, Mundra, Gujarat

Marketing & Admissions Counsellor to drive student enrolment and strengthen our school's presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative marketing initiatives to increase student admissions.
Build and maintain partnerships with preschools, corporate organizations, residential communities, coaching institutes, and local stakeholders.
Generate, manage, and convert admission leads through regular follow-ups.
Handle admission enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
Conduct school tours and provide counselling to prospective parents.
Coordinate admission documentation, application processing, and student onboarding.
Support parent engagement initiatives, PTMs, school events, and communication campaigns.
Organize promotional events, competitions,



and outreach activities.
Track enquiries, admissions, conversions, and prepare MIS reports.
Work closely with the Principal and school leadership to achieve enrolment targets.

Eligibility
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.
35 years of experience in admissions, marketing, business development, customer relationship management, or the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Robust presentation, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication platforms.
Willingness to travel locally for outreach and marketing activities.
