Role & responsibilities
Drive field sales of premium consumer electronics, smart home, home appliances, and lifestyle products offered by Nexora Smart Home Solutions.
Develop and manage a network of customers, dealers, retailers, builders, interior designers, architects, and other potential business partners.
Identify recent sales opportunities and generate leads through regular market visits and customer interactions.
Visit prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations whenever required.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Expand Nexora's market presence across assigned territories.
Maintain regular reporting of daily visits, leads, enquiries, conversions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the showroom, service, installation, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.




Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
Ensure timely collection of payments and proper closure of sales.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Preferred candidate profile
5~8 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, smart products, premium lifestyle products, or related industries.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Positive knowledge of the local market and customer segments in Mangaluru, Udupi, Puttur, Ullal, and Kasaragod will be an advantage.
Ability to independently manage a territory and develop current customers.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven personality.
