Role Description
The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in OMR - Chennai, responsible for leading interior projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day work includes developing design concepts, planning spatial layouts, overseeing construction drawings, and coordinating FF&E; selections aligned with client requirements and project budgets. The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, conducting site visits, and ensuring that design intent is maintained during execution. The Senior Interior Designer will guide junior designers,



review design documentation, and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Role Description:
Own assigned residential interior leads from initial client consultation through design sign-off and sales closure.
Convert assigned qualified leads into confirmed bookings by effectively understanding client needs and presenting suitable design solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets with guidance and support from the reporting manager.
Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences to develop tailored interior design solutions.
Develop and present design concepts, layouts, material selections, and quotations aligned with client expectations and budget.
Prepare layouts, 3D views, and working drawings with a robust focus on design accuracy and execution feasibility.
Collaborate closely with the Business Lead and internal teams to ensure clear project documentation
