Job Analysis & Posting: Collaborate with hiring managers to draft and update compelling job descriptions and define hiring criteria.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source talent using skilled platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals), social media, and employee referral programs.
Screening & Evaluating: Screen incoming resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, handle salary and compensation negotiations, and assist with pre-employment checks.
Onboarding: Oversee or support the onboarding process to ensure recent hires are successfully integrated into the company.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
