We are looking for a highly skilled Unity Generalist / Unity Game Producer with 5 - 6 years of experience in Unity development, project delivery, and releasing on Steam and mobile app stores. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing interactive 2D/3D applications, AR/VR experiences, game mechanics, and releasing games on Steam and mobile app stores while managing end-to-end project execution and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
Planning and developing commercially viable products.
Deploying on Steam, Play Store and App Store.
Experience with designing games and art work (from scratch or by using AI).
Game Designing and creating UI (from scratch or by using AI).
Implementing necessary SDK and implementing achievements, stats and workshop.
Planning release, updates, community interaction and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize Unity-based 2D/3D, AR/VR, and interactive applications.
Lead Unity projects from planning to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Implement gameplay systems, UI/UX, animations,



physics, and multiplayer features.
Optimize application performance across mobile, desktop, and WebGL platforms.
Collaborate with designers, artists, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Manage project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Stay updated with emerging Unity, AI, XR, and gaming technologies.
Release and manage published application on Steam, Play Store and App Store.

Unity 3D, C# (Godot and Unreal are not required but the experience is welcome)
Unity URP/HDRP, Addressables, Asset Bundles
Multiplayer (Photon/FishNet/Netcode for GameObjects)
REST APIs, WebSockets and their implementation in Unity Projects
