Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Python AI/ML + React.js Developer to join our growing engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing scalable backend applications using Python, building AI/ML solutions, and creating responsive front-end applications using React.js. The candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced Agile setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and React.js.
Build and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
Implement AI/ML models using modern frameworks and optimize model performance.
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
Integrate AI models with web applications.




Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, QA, and DevOps teams.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and production support.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills

Backend
Robust proficiency in Python
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
REST API development and microservices architecture
SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)

AI/ML
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning concepts
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, LangChain, RAG, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face
Model training, deployment, and optimization
Prompt Engineering experience is an added advantage

Frontend
Strong experience in React.js
JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Materia
