Job Responsibilities Placement (80%)
Build strong relationships with companies and hiring partners.
Generate placement opportunities for students.
Coordinate interviews and recruitment drives.
Connect with HR professionals for hiring requirements.
Maintain recruiter and student databases.
Guide students in resume preparation and interview readiness.
Follow up with recruiters regarding interview feedback.
Coordinate internship opportunities and final placements.
Occasionally visit corporate offices for placement tie-ups and recruiter meetings.
Maintain placement MIS and reports.





Training Coordination (20%)
Coordinate interview preparation sessions.
Schedule aptitude and soft skills training.
Coordinate workshops and guest lectures.
Ensure students are placement-ready before interviews

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
