Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing USA-based IT company. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on expertise in QuickBooks and Tally. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Knowledge of US GAAP is preferred, with solid accounting fundamentals and expertise in QuickBooks
Prepare Financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing.
Perform Bank reconciliations, journal entries and monitor cash flow.
Manage US accounting records, sales tax reporting, payroll support, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and ensure compliance with US accounting standards and company policies.
Coordinate with the Accountant for budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.
Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reports.
Maintain accurate financial records, record and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks and Tally.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements
Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks and Tally is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work Independently and meet deadlines.
Robust English communication skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an IT company.
Experience working with a USA-based company or US accounting standards is an added advantage
Knowledge of financial reporting and audit processes.
Familiarity with ERP/account
