We are hiring Paintshop Supervisor for Chakan location

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and quality standards.
Monitor paint quality, thickness, colour matching, and finish quality.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.
Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and shift records.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Leadership and team management skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Positive communication and reporting skills.

Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Diploma/ BE Mechanical
Experience: 25 years in Paintshop Supervisor (industrial/manufacturing preferred).
Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication.
