Project Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) – US Construction Projects

About the Role

Intec Infra is a trusted backend operations partner for one of the largest and most creative construction companies in the United States. Our Global Delivery Center (Gurugram) supports high-profile infrastructure and commercial construction projects across the US.

This is an excellent prospect for experienced Project Engineers who want to move beyond design/modeling and work on real-time project engineering, coordination, and construction management for large-scale international projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage project engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Handle construction documentation including:
Submittals
Change Orders
RFIs
Quantity Take-Offs
Estimation
Project Coordination
Coordinate daily with US-based Project Managers and project teams.




Review construction drawings and specifications.
Support project planning, scheduling, estimating, and resource planning.
Ensure project quality standards and documentation compliance.
Maintain document management systems and project records.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates.
Build solid working relationships with India and US stakeholders.
Support internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements
5–8 years of construction/project engineering experience.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Mandatory experience in BIM and Revit with exposure to construction documentation and project coordination.
Experience handling at least two of the following:
Submittals
Change Orders
RFIs
Quantity Take-Offs
Estimation
Project Coordination
Strong understanding of construction drawings
