Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, people-oriented, and willing to learn. This role offers exposure to end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR events.
Coordinate with various departments for hiring and HR-related activities.
Assist in attendance management, leave records,



and other HR operations.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel.
Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance.
Build positive employee relationships and act as a point of contact for basic HR queries.
Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in Human Resources preferred.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from reputed institutions such as Chitkara University, Chandigarh University, CGC (Chandigarh Group of Colleges), or other recognized universities will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
People-oriented with a positive and qualified attitude.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data management, reports, and basic dashboards).
