Job Description

We are looking for an IT Professional to manage and support our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide IT support to employees while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities
Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, and software.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain company IT systems and ensure smooth operations.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.
Install software updates and security patches.
Provide technical support to employees.
Monitor system performance and maintain regular data backups.
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




1–3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
Positive knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and MS Office.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Freshers with excellent technical knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.
Understanding of antivirus and system security.
Experience with CCTV, biometric devices, or ERP systems is an added advantage.

Hiring Terms
Original 10th or 12th certificates must be submitted at the time of joining.
3 months' notice period is applicable after confirmation.
1 month probation period.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
