Description:

We seek an experienced AI skilled who can guide the organization in identifying, designing, and implementing practical Artificial Intelligence applications across research, institutional systems, knowledge management, and business processes.

The role requires a qualified who combines technology leadership, process redesign capability, innovation thinking, and strategic institutional advisory skills to help us understand what AI should be adopted, where it should be applied, and how it can create measurable institutional impact.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Institutional Roadmap
Assess our current systems, workflows, and functional areas to identify prospects for AI integration.
Develop an institutional AI adoption roadmap aligned with our research, policy, sustainability, and operational priorities.
Recommend short-term, medium-term, and long-term AI interventions across divisions.

Process Transformation
Redesign internal workflows using AI-enabled automation to improve efficiency, speed, and decision-making.




Identify repetitive and data-heavy processes suitable for AI deployment across HR, finance, project management, procurement, administration, and reporting.
Build frameworks for AI-assisted decision support in institutional functions.

Research & Knowledge Applications
Advise our researchers on how AI can strengthen research design, data analysis, predictive modelling, literature synthesis, and report generation.
Explore AI applications in climate data, remote sensing, sustainability analytics, environmental modelling, and policy intelligence.
Support development of AI-enabled knowledge repositories and smart information retrieval systems.

Digital Systems Integration
Recommend AI integration with existing enterprise systems such as ERP, document management systems, learning systems, project monitoring platforms, and data repositories.
