Job Title: General Manager – Sales

Location: Thiruvananthapuram

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven General Manager – Sales to lead revenue generation, admissions, business expansion, and sales operations across locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive monthly and annual revenue and admission targets.
Lead, train, and manage sales teams.
Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth.
Monitor lead conversion, CRM performance, and sales reports.
Support branch expansion and business development initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize performance.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Proven track record in achieving revenue targets.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada.
Willingness to relocate to other states and travel frequently as required.

Salary: Best in the Industry + Performance-Based Incentives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
