Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated CSR Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating CSR and social impact projects.
Support quality assurance activities to ensure projects are effectively implemented and sustainable.
Monitor project progress and maintain proper documentation and reports.
Assist in measuring project outcomes, impact, and effectiveness.
Coordinate with partners, NGOs, volunteers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Support the planning and execution of project activities to achieve desired outcomes.
Assist with proposal preparation, fundraising activities, and donor-related documentation.




Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and impact documentation.
Willingness to travel extensively to project locations as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Education & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
23 years of experience working in CSR, social impact, NGO, community development, or related areas.
Experience in project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder management, or social development projects will be an advantage
