Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend, writing clean, maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and React.js.
Build scalable backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
Implement authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth).
Write reusable, clean, and well-documented code.
Optimize application performance, security,



and scalability.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
Robust knowledge of:

Experience with:
PostgreSQL
MongoDB
Prisma ORM or similar ORM
Good understanding of REST APIs.
Experience with Git and GitHub.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design.
Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth).
Familiarity with deployment platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or DigitalOcean.
Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Docker.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
